How to Embed a Form in Shopify (Free Generator)

Steps to embed in Shopify

Generate the embed code
Paste your form URL into the generator and pick Responsive iframe.
Open Shopify admin
Go to Online Store → Pages, edit the page where the form should appear.
Switch to HTML mode
Click the < > icon in the editor toolbar to enable raw HTML.
Paste the snippet
Paste the generated code where you want the form to render.
Save the page
Click Save. To embed in a theme section, use a Custom Liquid block instead.

Gotcha: Escape any Liquid-looking braces; Shopify tries to parse `{{ }}` inside Custom Liquid.
