Jotform on Squarespace — embed it, or replace it

Squarespace Code Blocks accept Jotform's iframe happily. The friction shows up afterwards: fixed heights, mismatched fonts, and a Jotform submission limit you did not pick.

Embed Jotform in Squarespace

  1. Copy the Jotform URL

    In Jotform open Publish and copy the direct form link.

  2. Generate the embed code

    Paste the URL into the generator below and pick Responsive.

  3. Add a Code Block

    In the Squarespace editor press + → More → Code, and keep HTML mode selected.

  4. Paste and save

    Paste the snippet and save. Code Blocks need a Business plan or above.

  5. Swap it when ready

    Rebuild the form in LemForms and change only the URL in the snippet.

Gotcha: Escape any Liquid-looking braces; Shopify tries to parse `{{ }}` inside Custom Liquid.

  • Jotform's iframe has a set height, so long forms scroll inside a small window on phones.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a paid Squarespace plan?

Code Blocks require the Business plan or above. On Personal, use an Embed Block pointing at the full-page form URL instead.

Why is my Jotform cut off in Squarespace?

The iframe height is fixed. Increase it, or use the responsive snippet so the frame follows its container.

Can I keep the Jotform submissions I already have?

Yes — export them from Jotform as CSV before you switch. Nothing is deleted by embedding a different form.
