How to embed a form on any website

Paste the public form URL, choose an embed style, and copy the generated code into your website's HTML or embed block.

Use the responsive iframe for an inline form that adapts to the page width. Use a popup or side tab when the form should open only after a visitor clicks.

Publish the page, then test the live URL on desktop and mobile. Many site builders do not render third-party embeds inside their editor canvas.

Where to paste form embed code

WordPress uses a Custom HTML block, Webflow an Embed element, Framer an Embed component, Wix an HTML iframe widget, Squarespace a Code block, and Shopify a Custom Liquid section.

Notion is the exception: paste the public form URL into an Embed block instead of pasting raw HTML.

Responsive iframe, popup, or full-page link

A responsive iframe keeps the form inside the page and is the best default for most landing pages.

A popup button or side tab saves space but adds an extra click. A full-page link is the most reliable option when a site builder blocks iframes or the form needs more room.

Whichever layout you choose, give the iframe a descriptive title and test keyboard focus before publishing.

WordPress

Gotcha: Classic editor strips iframes in Visual mode — switch to the Text tab first.
